Use Directions:
It works on both wet and dry feet.  For best result, soak feet in warm water for 10mins to soften the skin. 
Use a slow and gentle forward & back motion to file foot ankle surface.  Check status regularly.  Discontinue use if you experience pain or discomfort, or if skin becomes irritated.  
Pat dry, apply foot balm and let it absorb.
Clean after each use. Rinse with soap and water directly under tap water and let air dry.
